Delagua Coffee Paradise
At Delagua Coffee, we are committed to drastically reducing water usage in coffee processing by focusing on strictly natural and honey-processed micro-lots. Through a community-based model, we aim to inspire our team and neighboring farmers to become stewards of biodiversity, promoting sustainable practices that protect the environment while delivering exceptional coffee.
Delagua Coffee is located in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, an isolated mountain range distinct from the Andes, with the Caribbean Sea just 50 km away. This region experiences a single, much-anticipated harvest annually, between November and January, making the coffee produced here limited in availability compared to regions with two harvests. The area’s altitude ranges from 1,050 to 1,950 meters above sea level, contributing to its unique and high-quality coffee profiles.
