Renown for its flavor quality, this relative of Ethiopian landrace varieties is a beautiful, clean coffee we’re sure you’ll enjoy. The Las Perlitas project sources and combines coffees that are otherwise too-small-volume to export on their own. Stephen from The Coffee Quest identifies these coffees and masterfully unites them into a wonderful creation lovingly called Perlitas, little pearls. This special lot is comprised solely of the chiroso variety.“
